Description

A savory twist on classic monkey bread, this Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread is loaded with cheesy, creamy Alfredo flavor and tender chicken, all baked into pull-apart bread perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, combine biscuit pieces, shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and Alfredo sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan, pressing lightly to compact.
  5. Brush the top with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
