- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
- In a large bowl, combine biscuit pieces, shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and Alfredo sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan, pressing lightly to compact.
- Brush the top with melted butter.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
