Description

Chicken Alfredo Bake is a creamy, cheesy pasta dish made with tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and melted cheese, baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add cooked chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in Alfredo sauce and cook until heated through.
  6. Combine the sauce with the cooked pasta in a large bowl. Mix in half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  7. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra veggies.
  • Use homemade or store-bought Alfredo sauce.
