Description

Cadbury Egg Fudge is a rich, creamy chocolate fudge loaded with mini Cadbury eggs, making it the perfect Easter treat or festive dessert any time of year.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups mini Cadbury eggs, crushed or whole

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Stir constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of the Cadbury eggs, reserving the rest for topping.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining Cadbury eggs on top and gently press them into the fudge.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  9. Once set, remove from pan, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper for easy removal from the pan.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • Fudge can be frozen for up to 3 months.
