Description

A flavorful Buffalo Wing Chicken Pizza combining tangy buffalo-seasoned chicken, creamy cheese spread, and a blend of mozzarella and provolone cheeses on a pre-baked crust. Ready in 30 minutes, this spicy and savory pizza is perfect for game day or casual dinners.

Ingredients

Scale

Buffalo Chicken Mixture

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Buffalo Wing Cheese Ball Mix (divided from 1 packet)
  • 2 cups prepared and shredded Makin’ Magic Chicken, thawed if frozen

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • ½ (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Buffalo Wing Cheese Ball Mix (remaining from 1 packet)

Pizza Assembly

  • 2 (14 ounce) packages pre-baked pizza crust (such as Boboli®)
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella & provolone cheese blend
  • Optional toppings: sliced green onions, chopped tomatoes, cooked and crumbled bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to ensure it reaches the proper temperature for baking the pizzas evenly.
  2. Prepare Chicken: In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, distilled white vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of the Buffalo Wing Cheese Ball Mix. Add the shredded chicken and toss thoroughly until the chicken is evenly coated with the buffalo wing mixture. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In another medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the remaining Buffalo Wing Cheese Ball Mix. Mix vigorously until fully incorporated and smooth. This mixture will provide a spicy, creamy base for the pizza.
  4. Assemble Pizza: Lay out the pre-baked pizza crusts on baking sheets. Spread the prepared cream cheese mixture evenly over each crust. Next, distribute the buffalo-coated chicken evenly over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese over the chicken, then top with the shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese blend.
  5. Bake Pizza: Place the assembled pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. The pizzas are done when the cheese has fully melted and starts to bubble, and the crust turns golden brown at the edges.
  6. Add Toppings and Serve: Remove the pizzas from the oven and add your choice of optional toppings such as sliced green onions, chopped tomatoes, or cooked and crumbled bacon for extra flavor and texture. Slice into portions and serve immediately to enjoy warm and melty buffalo wing chicken pizza.

Notes

  • You can substitute the Buffalo Wing Cheese Ball Mix with your favorite buffalo wing seasoning or sauce if unavailable.
  • If you prefer a spicier pizza, add extra buffalo sauce or hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
  • For a crispier crust, bake the pizza on a preheated pizza stone or directly on the oven rack instead of a baking sheet.
  • Leftover pizza can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven for best results.
