Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus ½ cup for topping
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: ¼ cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13‑inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar (and breadcrumbs if using) over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and heated through, and topping is lightly golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
