This Boursin Cheese Pasta with Broccoli is a creamy, comforting dish made with tender pasta, fresh broccoli florets, and rich, herby Boursin cheese. It’s a quick and easy dinner that’s packed with flavor and ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5.2 oz Boursin garlic and herb cheese
- 1/2 cup pasta cooking water
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions, adding broccoli florets to the pot during the last 3-4 minutes of cooking.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain pasta and broccoli.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Boursin cheese, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time to create a creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta and broccoli back to the pot. Toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan if desired.

- Use whole wheat pasta for added fiber.
- Add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
