Blueberry Peach Feta Salad is a fresh, vibrant summer salad combining sweet peaches, juicy blueberries, tangy feta, and crisp greens. Finished with a light honey-lime vinaigrette, it’s a perfect side dish or light lunch.
Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, or spring mix)
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Honey-Lime Vinaigrette:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add salad greens, peach slices, blueberries, red onion, and nuts if using.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Drizzle vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Top with crumbled feta just before serving. Enjoy immediately.

- Use goat cheese instead of feta for a creamier texture.
- Add grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
