- 2 tbsp blackened seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Top the pasta with blackened shrimp and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and texture.
- Adjust blackened seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- You can substitute half-and-half for heavy cream for a lighter version.
