Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add sliced sausage to the sauce and stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer the sausage and sauce mixture to the baking dish in an even layer.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sausages are caramelized and heated through.
- Serve hot with toothpicks for easy snacking.
