Ingredients
- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 4 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 1 cup mini pretzels
- 1 cup apple chips or dried apple pieces
- 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp apple pie spice (or extra cinnamon)
- ½ cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
- In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, mini pretzels, and dried apple pieces.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and butter together in 20‑second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract into the melted mixture.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture over the cereal mix, gently stirring to coat evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and apple pie spice.
- Sprinkle the sugar‑spice mixture over the coated mix and toss until well covered.
- Spread mixture out on the prepared baking sheet to cool and set, about 15 minutes.
- Once dry, break into clusters or bite‑size pieces.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
