Description

Crispy oven-baked chicken wings coated in a rich, creamy homemade Alfredo sauce, perfect for a flavorful appetizer or snack that combines classic wing spices with a decadent Italian-inspired twist.

Ingredients

Scale

Chicken Wings

  • 20-25 chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lawry’s garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder

Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the wings to a crispy finish.
  2. Prepare the Chicken Wings: Thoroughly clean the wings and pat them dry. In a large bowl, season the wings evenly with Lawry’s seasoned salt, Lawry’s garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and baking powder. Arrange the wings on a cooling rack set over a baking sheet to allow even air circulation around them. Bake the wings for 20 minutes, then flip them over to ensure even cooking. Bake for another 20 minutes, flip the wings once more, and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  3. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Gradually whisk in the heavy cream along with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 3 minutes to thicken slightly. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  4. Toss and Serve: Once the wings are finished baking, immediately toss them in the warm Alfredo sauce until they are fully coated. Serve the Alfredo chicken wings hot, ideal for sharing as a delicious appetizer or party snack.

Notes

  • Using a cooling rack on a baking sheet allows the wings to crisp all around by letting air circulate during baking.
  • Baking powder helps create a crispy skin without frying.
  • Adjust seasoning levels of Alfredo sauce according to your taste.
  • For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before seasoning.
  • Serve with a side of celery sticks or a simple salad for balance.
