Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil.
  4. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  6. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for another 6–8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
