Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness using a meat mallet.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly on both sides of the chicken.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
