Description

A quick and healthy dish featuring tender chicken and crispy broccoli cooked to perfection in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  4. Place the chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes.
  5. Shake the basket and add the broccoli florets on top.
  6. Cook for an additional 7-8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • Cut chicken and broccoli into uniform pieces for even cooking.
