- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
- Place the chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes.
- Shake the basket and add the broccoli florets on top.
- Cook for an additional 7-8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Cut chicken and broccoli into uniform pieces for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste preferences.
- Use parchment paper liners for easier cleanup.
