- 1 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers
- 1/2 cup blue sanding sugar or blue sprinkles
- Red and blue candy melts (optional, for drizzle)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted white chocolate, covering about two-thirds of the berry.
- Immediately dip the bottom third of the chocolate-coated strawberry into the blue sanding sugar or sprinkles.
- Place the strawberry on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining berries.
- If using candy melts, melt red and blue melts separately and drizzle over strawberries using a fork or piping bag.
- Allow strawberries to set at room temperature or place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to harden.
Notes
- Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to help the chocolate adhere better.
- Use high-quality white chocolate for the best taste and appearance.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve, but best enjoyed the same day.
